World Water Day

March 22nd is celebrated as World Water Day every year. One day in the entire year dedicated to creating awareness and realizing the importance of the most precious commodity that many take for granted. The United Nations has set up World Water Day so we can think about those places and people where water needs are still paramount, so we can work together to find a solution.

Even today 783 million people around the world still do not have access to clean water. We all know and have studied this at some point that 70% of the Earth’s surface is covered with water, many people can’t help but wonder –

Why should we save water?
